Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account information: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture.
• Content you create: the photos you upload, the prompts you write, and the looks you generate — stored privately against your account so your History works.
• Usage records: your credit balance and basic usage data such as the tools you use and credits spent, so we can run your account and improve the service.

2. How your photos are used

Your photos are processed for one purpose: creating the look you asked for. Specifically:

• Your images are never used to train AI models.
• Your images are never sold, shared publicly, or used in marketing.
• Only you can see your uploads and generated looks.
• Uploads and results are automatically deleted after 7 days (see Retention and deletion below).

Clothiq is a fashion tool. We block prompts asking for nude, sexual, or minor-related content before they are processed, and uploads and prompts may also be automatically screened by our safety systems to enforce our acceptable-use rules. We do not generate that material. See section 3 of our Terms of Service for the full rules.

3. Third-party processors

We rely on a small number of service providers to run Clothiq AI: cloud hosting and storage, authentication, AI image processing, and content safety screening. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function — for example, your uploaded photo and prompt are sent to an AI processing provider solely to generate the result you requested — and none is permitted to use your content for its own purposes, including training. Content held by these providers is subject to the same retention limits described below.

These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data. For transparency, here are the policies of our AI processing and content-safety partners:

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Beyond the processors above, we disclose data only when required by law, to protect our legal rights or our users' safety, or with your consent.

5. Retention and deletion

Both the images you upload (inputs) and the images we generate for you (outputs) are automatically deleted 7 days after they are created. Within that window they are kept only so we can deliver your result, show it in your History, and support you if something goes wrong. After 7 days the image files are removed from our storage and cannot be recovered — by us or by you. Your History will therefore show looks from the last 7 days only, so download anything you want to keep.

You can remove a look sooner at any time by deleting it from your History page. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email us at support@clothiqai.com and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.

Records about a generation — such as the date, the tool used, and credits spent — may be kept longer than 7 days for billing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. These records do not include the image files themselves.

6. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in and remember your session. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. Disabling cookies in your browser may prevent you from staying signed in.

7. Data security

Your content is stored privately per account, transferred over encrypted connections, and accessible only to you. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but the 7-day automatic deletion means your images are never kept longer than needed.

8. Age requirement

Clothiq AI is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and our Terms prohibit uploading a photo of anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request a copy of your data.
• Delete individual looks yourself, or request deletion of your entire account and data.
• Opt out of any marketing communications.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
