Terms of Service

1. The service

Clothiq AI is an AI fashion studio that generates outfit images from photos you upload: swapping garments, designing looks from text prompts, and restyling outfits. The service is available through our website and our mobile app. By creating an account or using the studio you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts and authentication

To generate looks you sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate information and must not share, sell, or transfer your account to anyone else.

3. Acceptable use

Clothiq is a fashion and outfit visualisation service. It is intended for changing, swapping, and restyling clothing in photos. You agree NOT to use Clothiq to:

• Upload a photo of another person without their clear, informed consent.
• Upload any photo of a person under the age of 18, or attempt to generate any result depicting a minor.
• Generate nude, topless, sexualised, pornographic, or otherwise sexually explicit output, or prompt the service toward such output.
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery of any person, whether real or synthetic.
• Create inappropriate, offensive, hateful, or unlawful content.
• Generate deepfake content intended to deceive, defame, harass, or harm others.
• Impersonate any person, or misrepresent AI-generated output as an authentic photograph in a way that could mislead or cause harm.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service, bypass any content safeguard, or access the service with automated tools or bots.

We operate automated and manual safeguards to enforce these rules. Prompts and uploads that appear to breach them may be refused without a credit refund. Accounts found to be breaching this section — in particular the rules on minors, consent, and sexually explicit output — may be suspended or terminated immediately and without notice, any remaining credits will be forfeited, and we will report unlawful material to the relevant authorities. 4. Credits and payments

New accounts may receive a small number of bonus credits. Credits have no cash value, are non-refundable and non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for money. One-time credit packs are currently bought as an in-app purchase in our mobile apps (billed and processed by the app store). The specific price and credit amount are always shown before you pay. We may change pricing at any time with reasonable notice; changes never affect credits you have already bought.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the looks you generate. You grant us the limited licence needed to process and store them for you. Nothing more. You are free to use your generated looks for personal or commercial purposes.

That licence lasts only for the retention period described in our Privacy Policy — uploads and generated results are automatically deleted after 7 days.

The Clothiq AI name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property and are protected by applicable laws. These terms give you no rights in them.

6. Disclaimers

Generated images are AI renderings. Clothing fit, colour and detail may differ from real garments, and we do not guarantee that results will be perfect or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use the content you generate. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the studio available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clothiq AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms; no refund is issued for unused credits on an account terminated for breach.

10. Privacy

Your use of Clothiq AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store and delete your data — including the automatic 7-day deletion of uploads and results.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you on the website or by email. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
